Aluminium constructions

Since 2002 our company produces aluminium constructions: windows, doors, screens, facades, orangeries, winter gardens from Belgian "Reynaers" profiles.

Modern construction tendencies require multi functional aluminum profiles for windows and doors. 

Our aluminium production has not only exceptionally fine and prestigious design, but also is very stable, durable, resistant to weather impact, ecologic. The profiles are fireproof, applicable to various construction areas; there is wide range of colors. These constructions do not require any daily care and don't have to be painted. Mostly we use TS50, CS59, CS68, CS86 aluminium profile systems.

CS68

Concept System® 68 is 3 chamber system for high quality isolated windows, doors and spatial constructions, for example for jetty and orangery manufacturing.

Thermal insulation

Isolated with 6.6 fiberglass armored "Ω" shape polymeric strip (23mm) and special glue strip, which assures water resistance. Kr to 2.8 W/m2K.

CS 86-HI

Concept System® 86 High Isolation is a multi-chamber system for windows and doors that combines aesthetic design, optimal stability and high thermal comfort. Due to the insulating skeleton strips, CS 86-HI achieves Uf-values down to 1.2 W/m²K, making this a highly energy efficient system. Flexible expansion strips in the door vents ensure stability in all conditions.
The system provides inside opening windows and inside & outside opening flush doors (up to 3 metres). Furthermore, CS 86-HI doors offer different types of floor connections to meet acoustic, thermal and water requirements.

Specific characteristics of Reynaers systems

Window types:

  • window opening inwards and outwards;
  • tilt and turn windows;
  • French type windows;
  • opening allows a full rotation of the sash;
  • with hidden sash.

Special ventilation.

Door types:

  • door opening inwards and outwards;
  • two-leaved door asymmetric, automatic, swinging.

Various decoration types are available.

Available window shapes: arch and rounded.

CW50

Curtain Wall® 50 is a facade system with a termoisolation.
